We're sorry you received a damaged item! Our retail partners strive to deliver items with the utmost care, but sometimes there is a packing or shipping issue that causes damage. No one is more disappointed by these issues than we are, and we’re always eager to correct them.

If you received a damaged item with your shipped order, please fill in the form below or take the following steps to alert us.

* Take a photo of the item(s) in question. Photos are required to review and assess the damage and as well as help us educate and rectify any issues with our retail partners.  Photos need to include:
    1. The bottle/item
    2. The inside packaging/packing material.
    3. The outside of the package.
* Email us at [customerhelp@reservebar.com](mailto:customerhelp@reservebar.com) and let us know if you prefer a refund, discount (if damage does not affect the taste), or a replacement item.

Depending on our retail partner and the correct product's availability, we will work with you and the retailer on a resolution. Please note that this is not always possible to reship an item, so we may provide you with a discount or gift card for a future order.

Bear in mind that we cannot refund or return items that have been opened or consumed. If you receive a damaged item, make sure it remains unopened.

Damaged items must be reported within 72 hours of the delivery. It may not be possible for ReserveBar to provide a resolution after that time has passed.
