For standard shipping orders, orders typically ship in 1-2 business days. Please note that orders may surpass this timeframe, depending on the product and whether our retailer needs to procure the item from a distributor.

For limited availability orders and back orders, orders typically ship in 7-10 business days. These items are more difficult to procure from distributors and may take much longer than the original time frame. You will not be charged for a back order until it begins to ship.

Pre-sale items ship when they become available in your market and the estimated shipping month will be listed on the product.

For same day deliveries, we expect orders to arrive in two hours or less.

Our two-hour delivery guarantee promises that your order will be delivered within two hours from the time you receive your order confirmation.

The two-hour guarantee only applies to purchases made where all products are available for on-demand fulfillment and does not apply to orders including shipping-only products or for addresses where delivery is not available. Any changes or modifications to orders once placed voids the guarantee.
