## Pricing Changes & Errors

Beverage alcohol laws require our fulfilling retail partners to publish product pricing that is made available through our website. Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice at the discretion of the fulfilling retailer.

Errors will be corrected where discovered and we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, rebate, refund, or other promotional offer or containing any incorrect information or typographical errors. We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

## My order was cancelled, but I see it available for a higher price.

In the event your order was cancelled due to a product being out of stock at our fulfilling retailer’s location, you may see the product available on our website for a higher price.

This means that the product you purchased was the lowest price available in our retail fulfillment network. The order had then been marked out of stock for the original fulfilling retailer selected and the next available retailer with this product available will be made available through our website at the price set by the next fulfilling retailer.

Beverage alcohol laws require retailers to set their own price for the products sold via our website. This is why there are variances in price between fulfilling retailers.
