For standard orders, payment is charged when the order is confirmed by the vendor.

For back orders and pre-sales, your card will be charged when our retail partner begins to ship your order.

If your order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, your payment will be refunded in full. The funds will be returned to your account in 3-5 business days, the exact time depending on your financial institution.
