Don't throw away the packaging! If your product is damaged, the engraving is incorrect, or you have received the wrong product, please take a picture of the product as well as the box featuring the label and tracking number and upload them at ReserveBar.com/contact.
Once our support team is in receipt of your concern, they will assess the situation and how to correct it. In most instances, we will send you a FedEx label so you can return the product to the shipper.
If you have received the wrong product or a bottle with incorrect engraving and the bottle is not returned, your credit card will be charged for the cost of the product plus applicable tax and shipping. Opened bottles cannot be returned or refunded.
