Upon selecting “Place my order,” your ReserveBar Express orders are immediately sent to our retail fulfillers to be packed and shipped. By placing an order with ReserveBar Express, you affirm that you are age 21+ and that an adult age 21+ will be available to sign for the package at the time of delivery. The delivering merchant has the right to refuse delivery if proper identification is not presented. Failure to provide proper identification could prevent the courier from completing your delivery which may then result in the package being returned, with additional fees required to be paid for re-delivery. Cancellations or rescheduling requests can be made at any time before the driver leaves the store by calling customer service. If an order has already left the store, cancellations are not guaranteed and could be subject to up to a $15 restocking fee to account for the cost of labor, gas, and time.
Delivery times are subject to variables such as time of day, order volume, and traffic conditions. In most areas, deliveries take under 90 minutes but can take several hours. ReserveBar cannot guarantee delivery times as there is always the chance that external factors may delay orders. The recipient will be contacted via email and/or text before the courier leaves with the package to confirm the delivery window.
