Once you receive your tracking information, you should see movement of your package later in the evening or the next day. Sometimes packages are picked up, but are not scanned into the destination system until later on in the day. If you do not see movement on your package the day after you received notification, please contact our customer support team and an agent will assist you. Please note that overnight and 2-day express orders are only guaranteed to ship the same day if the order is placed prior to 12:00 noon.
