Many bank cards differ in the way they process payments. Sometimes you might see a second charge on your card. The first charge is when the credit card company issues an authorization for payment. The second charge is when the transaction has been completed, and the payment is settling with the bank. At the time the charge is settling, the first charge becomes void. The authorization charge can take up to 24 hours to disappear from your credit card transaction list. Please note that when the card is authorized, no funds have been released for payment. Payment is received only once the transaction is completed and the transaction is “settling”. If you are unsure about the status of your payment, please submit a request to our support team HERE and we will be happy to look into this for you.
