If your shipped order was fulfilled incorrectly or incompletely, please take the following steps to alert us. No one is more disappointed by these issues than we are, and we’re always eager to correct them.
- If possible, take a photo of the item(s) in question. It will help us educate our partners.
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, including the photo if available.
- Leave the rest to us. We’ll solve the problem and get back to you ASAP.
If your on-demand order was fulfilled incorrectly or incompletely, please contact our Customer Service Team at 855-443-8144 or email@example.com, and we'll resolve the issue right away.
Bear in mind that we cannot refund or return items that have been opened or consumed. If you receive the wrong item, make sure it remains unopened, and we will be able to replace it at a time that is convenient for you.
Wrong or missing items must be reported within 72 hours of the delivery. It may not be possible for ReserveBar to accommodate return or redelivery requests after that time.
