Once an order for a custom engraving is placed, it is no longer possible to edit or update the engraving message. If the original message is not satisfactory, the order must be canceled and replaced.
If you think you may have made an error while entering your engraving message, double check the message by referring to the order confirmation email you received after placing your order.

Please note that ReserveBar is not responsible for any engraving error that results from a customer making a spelling mistake or typo while placing their order. The speed of our engraving process necessitates that our engravers do not proofread customer messages; the text appears exactly as the customer enters it.
