• What happens if I receive a product that does not look like the pictures on your website?

     

     

    There may be times when a bottle appears different on our website due to vintage variations or rebranding.  Please submit a request to our support team HERE for assistance.

  • I don't like the way the product I ordered tastes.

    If you are dissatisfied with the quality or taste of a product you have received, you will need to address your concern to the brand manufacturer.

    Due to applicable laws and regulations governing the return of alcoholic products, we cannot accept any returns of product (except damage caused during shipment).

    If you are unable to find the consumer action email for the brand, please reach out to us HERE and we will assist in finding the contact information for you.

     

     

  • My order arrived damaged!

    We are committed to ensuring that your order arrives in pristine condition. If you believe your order is damaged or flawed, please call or text us at 855 443 8144 or submit a request HERE.

    To ensure the swift handling of your concern, please upload a photo of the damaged bottle, as well as a photo of the package in which it arrived clearly showing the label and tracking number.

     

  • I received the wrong product.

    If you receive your package and your order contains the wrong product, please take a photo of the product received in error and submit a request to our support team HERE.

  • I am missing products from my order.

    If you receive your package and your order is not complete, contact us immediately HERE.
