• Can I cancel my order?

    We will try to accommodate an order cancellation if you are canceling within one hour of order placement. Please call or text us at 855 443 8144 or submit a request HERE.  Please note that customer support is available to take your call Monday - Friday from 9am to 11pm ET.  (Note: mid-November through December our hours are extended to Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 7pm ET.)  Cancellation requests received over the weekend or on holidays may not be addressed until Monday or the next business day depending on where the product is shipping from.  We will do our best to accommodate cancellations, but cannot guarantee that your order will be caught before it is routed to our retail partners for processing.

    If you cancel your order and it has already shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.   The cost will be determined by the method of shipping selected at the time of order placement. For example, If your package was sent via ground shipping, a charge of $15.97* or more will be deducted from your refund; two-day express, $34.97* or more will be deducted from your refund; overnight express, $67.97* or more will be deducted from your refund. (*Exact cost deducted will be based on the number of bottles and weight of the package.)

     

     

     

     

     

     

  • I placed an order twice by accident.

     

    Please contact our customer support center by phone or text at 855 443 8144 or submit a request HERE immediately so that we can cancel your order. 

    We cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled. If the order contained an engraved bottle and the engraving process has begun, we cannot cancel your order or issue a refund.
