  • Do you offer personalized gift notes?

     

    We are able to include a gift note with your order.  The note is generic, and there is no additional cost to you.  When you place your order, you will be asked if your order is a gift. Once you check this box, you will be presented with a box in which to type your message.

    Gift notes are not the same as gift cards.  Electronic gift cards can be purchased on our site and will be sent via email to your recipient.  A gift note is a card that is included in the box with your package.   

  • I want to include my own handwritten gift notes with my purchases. Is this possible?

    Yes, we are happy to help!  We will need to see your shipping list so we can determine the cost involved.  You will need to send the cards to our corporate office. We then will ship them to the retail partner(s) who will be fulfilling your order.  In addition to the shipping or postal costs of sending the cards to our office, you will be charged the cost of sending the cards to our retail partners.  This process will add an additional 5 to 7 business days to the delivery cycle.   Please note that if we need to send the cards via express to accommodate a deadline, you will be charged the cost of express shipment.

  • Do you offer gift baskets?

     

    Although we do not offer gift baskets on our site, some of our premier retail partners offer this service.  We would be happy to discuss the details with you and quote pricing options for you. Please submit a request to our concierge team HERE.  Please include what product(s) you would like in the gift basket, where it will be shipping to, and the latest date you would like it to be received.

  • Do you offer gift wrapping?

     

    Periodically a brand might offer a special promotion that includes gift wrapping.  We do not offer special gift wrapping at this time. You might want to consider purchasing a ReserveBar bottle holder or ReserveBar/BillyKirk branded leather bottle holder to help make the presentation of your gift more special.     

  • Do you offer gift cards that I can mail or hand out in person?

     

    The gift cards that are available for purchase on ReserveBar.com are electronic gift cards.  When you purchase a gift card on our site, a code will be issued to the gift recipient which will be redeemable as cash on ReserveBar.com for the dollar amount purchased.  Gift cards are based in US dollars.  

    Although we do not offer "physical" gift cards, if you require one for an event or in bulk, please submit a request to our concierge department HERE.  

  • Do you have a wishlist or a registry?

     

    We do not have a wishlist or registry at this time.  We hope to have this in place soon.
