• How long do ReserveBar Express deliveries take?

     

    ReserveBar Express, our same-day delivery service, will be delivered within the time frame chosen at the time of checkout.       

  • How can I reschedule a ReserveBar Express delivery?

     

    Please call or text our customer service team for assistance 855-443-8144 or submit a request HERE.  Please note that if the package was returned to our retail partner due to the intended recipient not being home, you will be charged for the failed delivery.

  • Can I cancel a ReserveBar Express delivery?

     

    Please call or text our customer service team immediately at 855-443-8144 to find out if this is a possibility.  It will depend on the time window selected. Once the driver has been dispatched, your order can no longer be cancelled.         

  • What if I receive the wrong item(s)?

    All packages are checked for accuracy prior to delivery.  However, sometimes errors do occur.

    If there is a mistake, please call or text ReserveBar customer support at  (855) 443 8144 or submit a request  HERE so that we can arrange to ship you the correct items at no additional charge to you.

     

     

     

  • What if someone is not home to accept the package being sent by your same-day delivery service?

     

    If an order must be returned for any reason (except if the delivery person has brought the wrong items), including the recipient failing to provide proper 21+ age identification, a re-stocking fee of $15 (in addition to the initial delivery cost) will be charged to the customer.

     

  • Do I need to tip upon delivery?

    When you place an order to be delivered the same day via ReserveBar express, tipping the driver is not necessary nor is it expected.

     

  • What are the delivery fees for ReserveBar Express?

    ReserveBar does not require a minimum order for Reservebar Express*.

    Delivery fees decrease as you order more.  Currently delivery fees are $5 for orders $100 or more, and there are no delivery fees for orders of $200 or more.

  • Is there a minimum purchase for ReserveBar Express delivery?

    There is no minimum purchase for delivery using ReserverBar Express; however, if you order $200 or more, delivery is free.

     
  • How soon will my ReserveBar Express order be processed?

    ReserveBar Express orders are processed immediately and will be delivered within the time frame shown at checkout (usually within the 2 hour window indicated). Orders must be signed for by someone at least 21 years old (photo ID required). See our additional Terms and Conditions.

     

     

     

  • What are the delivery windows for ReserveBar Express?

    When you select "ReserveBar Express" delivery during checkout prior to placing your order, you will see the next available delivery window, as well as future delivery windows.  Each window consists of a 2-hour delivery block (e.g., 1pm-3pm).

  • ReserveBar Express Terms & Conditions

    Upon selecting “Place my order,” your ReserveBar Express orders are immediately sent to our retail fulfillers to be packed and shipped. By placing an order with ReserveBar Express, you affirm that you are age 21+ and that an adult age 21+ will be available to sign for the package at the time of delivery. The delivering merchant has the right to refuse delivery if proper identification is not presented.  Failure to provide proper identification could prevent the courier from completing your delivery which may then result in the package being returned, with additional fees required to be paid for re-delivery. Cancellations or rescheduling requests can be made at any time before the driver leaves the store by calling customer service. If an order has already left the store, cancellations are not guaranteed and could be subject to up to a $15 restocking fee to account for the cost of labor, gas, and time.

    Delivery times are subject to variables such as time of day, order volume, and traffic conditions. In most areas, deliveries take under 90 minutes but can take several hours.  ReserveBar cannot guarantee delivery times as there is always the chance that external factors may delay orders. The recipient will be contacted via email and/or text before the courier leaves with the package to confirm the delivery window.

    All customers should check their products immediately upon delivery.  If there is an issue please call or text our customer service team at  (855) 443 8144 so that ReserveBar can rectify the situation.  

     *Please make us aware of any delivery issues within 24 hours of delivery for us to attempt correction.
