    Sassenach is Heading to Its New Home (Yours)

     

    After a tumultuous journey across the pond, every bottle of Sassenach has arrived in the storehouses and is accounted for. We’ve opened the immense wooden crates showing the wear of their long travels, to reveal these beautiful boxes and bottles, including of course, your pre-order.

     

    Our team is carefully preparing your package and the first boxes have just been picked up by FedEx, UPS and other carriers. Accounting for handling, distance, transfers and even headwinds, some of you might see your Sassenach as early as the week of January 11th -- others may take as long as two weeks. Please be patient as we make the final push to deliver them to your doorstep. Trust that your order is on its way, and contact customer service only in the event your order does not arrive by January 27th.

     

    Your exclusive bottle represents quite a lengthy and worthwhile journey from its original distillation in Scotland. Admire it when it arrives, and celebrate and cherish it, from your first dram to the last. Thank you so much for your understanding. Slàinte Mhath!

     

  • 12/29 Sassenach Update from ReserveBar

    Dear Valued Sassenach Customer ,

     

    Thank you for your pre-order of The Sassenach. We recently sent an update projecting that orders may begin shipping as early as the week of 12/28. While it is possible orders may begin shipping this week, the majority of orders will ship the first two weeks of January.

     

    We kindly request that you do not email our customer service team asking about your order status as you will receive a notification when your order ships. Please rest assured that your product is safely in the states and we’re working hard so it will soon be in your hands!

  • Inaccurate Shopify App Delivery Information

    We’re sorry, but due to a glitch the Shopify App and account login delivery statuses are inaccurate. As indicated in our email 12/29, Sassenach will ship mid January and we will notify you via email when your bottle(s) ships, including a tracking link.

     

    Thank you for your patience. We’re working hard on the last leg of your bottle’s journey!

    Dear Sassenach Customer:

    Thank you for your pre-order of The Sassenach. We appreciate your patience while your bottle crossed the ocean from Scotland. You'll be happy to know that the ship did arrive safely and the bottles are being processed and will start heading to fulfillment centers soon. We're currently expecting some markets to begin shipping the week of 12/28 with most bottles being delivered in early 2021.
