Thank you for your pre-order of the Brother's Bond Straight Bourbon Whiskey. It is with great displeasure that we're informing you of what will hopefully be one final delay to the shipping of your order.
As you know, Paul and Ian have been working hard to make sure that everything about their first release was perfect. Unfortunately, when the bottles arrived at our fulfillment centers and were being packed into boxes for shipment, they determined that the finished product was not up to their standards and asked us to return those bottles. They're working tirelessly to get us new product that is exactly the product and packaging they envisioned. These new bottles are arriving right now and in the coming weeks so that we can finally deliver them to you.
We don't know exactly how long that will take, but we're currently expecting that it will vary by region and we may not be able to ship every last order until June. Because of this additional delay, we fully understand if you'd like to cancel your order. You may do so by submitting this form.
