    Dear Valued Customer,

    Thank you for your pre-order of the Brother's Bond Straight Bourbon Whiskey. It is with great displeasure that we're informing you of what will hopefully be one final delay to the shipping of your order.

    As you know, Paul and Ian have been working hard to make sure that everything about their first release was perfect. Unfortunately, when the bottles arrived at our fulfillment centers and were being packed into boxes for shipment, they determined that the finished product was not up to their standards and asked us to return those bottles. They're working tirelessly to get us new product that is exactly the product and packaging they envisioned. These new bottles are arriving right now and in the coming weeks so that we can finally deliver them to you.

    We don't know exactly how long that will take, but we're currently expecting that it will vary by region and we may not be able to ship every last order until June. Because of this additional delay, we fully understand if you'd like to cancel your order. You may do so by submitting this form. The virtual tasting will also be delayed until all orders are delivered. For additional updates and information about potential shipping timelines, please see our Brother's Bond FAQ.

    We support Paul and Ian in their new brand and hope you continue to do so as well. We also want to let you know that this has been far from the normal ReserveBar experience that we strive to deliver and would like to offer you $15 off any future order due to the multiple delays you've experienced.   • Why have I seen some Brother's Bond bottles delivered already?

    We are shipping Brother's Bond bottles as soon as they arrive at our Fulfillment Center. One of our Fulfillment Centers has already received a small batch of the new product. As a result, some deliveries in the immediate area of that Fulfillment Center have been completed. These are a tiny fraction of our pre-orders, but we realize that the disparity in timing is frustrating, and we are sorry that your order was not one of those delivered.

  • 2/10 Brother's Bond Update from ReserveBar

    Dear Brother's Bond Customer,

    Thank you for your pre-order of the Brother's Bond Straight Bourbon Whiskey. When you initially placed your pre-order we were anticipating that we would begin shipping in at the end of March which was indicated on the product page. We're writing today simply to affirm that we are still on track for shipping at the end of March with most orders arriving in early April.

    Additionally, if you ordered a tasting glass either in a bundle or by itself, those will be shipping separately from the bottle.

  • 1/21 Brother's Bond Update from ReserveBar

    Dear Valued Brother's Bond Customer,

    Thank you for your pre-order of the Brother's Bond Straight Bourbon Whiskey. When you initially placed your pre-order we were anticipating that we would begin shipping in February. That timing is slightly delayed, as Ian and Paul are still finessing and finalizing their bourbon to deliver you the best possible product.     As of right now it looks like it may take until April for your product to be delivered.

    You may have also seen in social media that there will be a second pre-order that will happen tomorrow (1/22). It’s true, and you will also be able to order additional bottles in that pre-order if you'd like. We will be prioritizing and shipping the first pre-orders, including yours, before shipping bottles from the second pre-order. If you place a second order, you will receive those bottles in a separate, later shipment.

    You may recall that the first pre-order was coupled with a private virtual tasting event. That is still going to happen and you will receive more information when that gets scheduled, some time after all bottles have been shipped and received.

    We appreciate your patience as Brother's Bond finalizes, bottles and ships their bourbon. We’re incredibly excited to enable your access to the very first bottles ever made as soon as they are available!
