    Yeti Rambler Mugs purchased as a part of the Jack Daniel’s Bonded Tennessee Whiskey pre-order are shipped separately from the bottles, with shipping to begin in July or as soon as the mugs are available in your market. Please note that your Yeti Rambler Mug may arrive before or after your Jack Daniel’s Bonded Tennessee Whiskey depending on your market.

    If you received the wrong item(s) with your order, please take the following steps to alert us. No one is more disappointed by these issues than we are, and we’re always eager to correct them.

    • If possible, take a photo of the item(s) in question. It will help us educate our partners.
    • Email us at customerhelp@reservebar.com, including the photo if available.
    • Leave the rest to us. We’ll solve the problem and get back to you ASAP.
  • An item is missing from my order.

    If one or more items appears to be missing from your order, it's possible that your order was divided into multiple shipments to avoid a delay. Additional shipments are typically delivered within 24 hours of the first, and you can check the status of each shipment at any time using the Track An Order tool.

    If an item was excluded from your order, or if you don't receive the remainder of your order within the expected time, please submit a ticket to alert Customer Service.
