  • I received a damaged item.

    If you received a damaged item with a shipped order, please see Damaged Order to alert Customer Service. No one is more disappointed by a damaged order than we are, and we'll be eager to make things right.

    If you received a damaged item with an on-demand order, please contact our Customer Service Team at 855-443-8144 or customerhelp@reservebar.com, and we'll resolve the issue right away.

  • Missing Item(s)
  • An item is missing from my order.

    If one or more items appears to be missing from your order, use the Missing Item(s) tool to check for any additional shipments that are associated with your order and may still be en route to you.

    If you determine that any item was excluded from your order, the Missing Item(s) tool will help you alert Customer Service to the issue.

  • I received the wrong item or am missing an item from my order.

    If your shipped order was fulfilled incorrectly or incompletely, please take the following steps to alert us. No one is more disappointed by these issues than we are, and we’re always eager to correct them.

    1. If possible, take a photo of the item(s) in question. It will help us educate our partners.
    2. Email us at customerhelp@reservebar.com, including the photo if available.
    3. Leave the rest to us. We’ll solve the problem and get back to you ASAP.

    If your on-demand order was fulfilled incorrectly or incompletely, please contact our Customer Service Team at 855-443-8144 or customerhelp@reservebar.com, and we'll resolve the issue right away.

    Bear in mind that we cannot refund or return items that have been opened or consumed. If you receive the wrong item, make sure it remains unopened, and we will be able to replace it at a time that is convenient for you.

    Wrong or missing items must be reported within 72 hours of the delivery. It may not be possible for ReserveBar to accommodate return or redelivery requests after that time. 

  • I am missing the Yeti Rambler Mug I purchased with my Jack Daniel’s Bonded Tennessee Whiskey.

    Yeti Rambler Mugs purchased as a part of the Jack Daniel’s Bonded Tennessee Whiskey pre-order are shipped separately from the bottles, with shipping to begin in July or as soon as the mugs are available in your market. Please note that your Yeti Rambler Mug may arrive before or after your Jack Daniel’s Bonded Tennessee Whiskey depending on your market.
