    If needed, double check your engraving message by referring to the order confirmation email you received after placing your order. If the message contains an error, please contact Customer Service immediately by calling or texting 855-443-8144, or alternatively, by clicking here to submit a ticket. 

    Please note that ReserveBar is not responsible for any engraving error that results from a customer making a spelling mistake or typo while placing their order. The speed of our engraving process necessitates that our engravers do not proofread customer messages; the text appears exactly as the customer enters it.
