• How can I pay for my order?

    ReserveBar accepts the following payment methods:

    The ReserveBar website does not currently accept credit cards from outside the United States. If you are hoping to use a non-U.S. credit card to ship a gift within the United States, please submit your request by completing this form.

  • How do I add a promotional code, referral code, or gift card code to an order?

    Promotional and referral codes are limited to one per order and can be entered in the payment section of the last page during checkout. Simply enter your code into the Promo Code field and click Apply (or +) to apply the code. Please note that in Texas, state law dictates that promo codes can only apply to non-alcoholic items, like mixers, juice, and ice.

    To use a gift card, enter the gift card code into the Gift Card field and click Apply (or +) to apply the gift card. To use multiple gift cards, enter each gift card code separately. Unlike the use of promotional and referral codes, the use of gift cards is not restricted by Texas state law. 

  • When will I be charged for my order?

    A credit or debit card order is charged when the order is confirmed by the Fulfillment Center. An Apple Pay orders is charged immediately when it is placed.

    If your order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, your payment will be refunded in full. The funds will be returned to your account in 3-5 business days, the exact time depending on your financial institution. 

  • How can I be sure that a receipt or pricing information is not included with my gift?

    Your order will not contain any receipt or pricing information. A packing slip will display the billing address, shipping address, order items, and any gift or engraving messages that you specified. All item prices will be excluded. 

    If you need an invoice with pricing information for your records, please refer to the order receipt email you received after placing your order. 

  • My card was declined. How can I place my order?

    ReserveBar's strict verification policy, made necessary by a high rate of fraud for certain products, stipulates that if we cannot verify your contact information, we cannot process your order. In the event of a failed verification, placing an order would require that you either A) contact your credit card company to have the issue resolved or B) use a different credit card. 

    We use a AI-driven service to approve transactions, and on occasion a legitimate order is flagged as potentially fraudulent. If your order is flagged erroneously, it may be necessary for us to request alternative contact information so that your order can be processed. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding. Taking these steps to reduce fraud helps us protect our customers and maintain our competitive prices.

  • How do I use Apple Pay?

    The option to checkout with Apple Pay is available on mobile devices only. To use Apple Pay, place an order using your iPhone or iPad and select Apple Pay as your payment method during checkout.
