• What can I engrave?

    Many of our most popular products can be personalized for your special occasion. When you select an item to be engraved, you will be prompted to enter your engraving text in a certain number of lines and characters, the exact number of each depending on the item you select. 

    Please note that ReserveBar is not able to engrave direct or implied profanity, emojis, accents, or non-English characters. 

    Be sure to proofread your engraving text before placing your order. Once the order is placed, the engraving message cannot be edited.

  • How long does the engraving process take?

    Please allow up to 10 business days prior to shipping for your order to be processed and your custom engraving to be completed. When your engraving is ready, your order will be shipped ASAP. 

  • Can I place a bulk corporate order for engraved bottles?

    Our Concierge team will be happy to help you create a corporate gift order that fits your budget. Please click here to contact our Concierge team for recommendations and pricing information. 

    To place a bulk or corporate order with engravings, please fill out the attached spreadsheet and email it to our Concierge team at concierge@reservebar.com. Our specialists will then send you an invoice, collect payment, and submit your order for upload.

    The price for text engravings is $50 per bottle, and the price for logo engravings is $60 per bottle. Depending on the size of your order, our Concierge team may be able to offer you a discount. 

    Any logo engraving requires both EPS and JPEG files of the logo. If you are interested in logo engraving, please include the EPS and JPEG files with the attached spreadsheet in your email to concierge@reservebar.com.

    All engraved orders take up to 10 business days for processing and delivery.
