• How much does engraving cost?

    Custom engraving purchased through ReserveBar cost a flat fee of $50 per bottle. 

  • What can I engrave?

    Many of our most popular products can be personalized for your special occasion. When you select an item to be engraved, you will be prompted to enter your engraving text in a certain number of lines and characters, the exact number of each depending on the item you select. 

    Please note that ReserveBar is not able to emojis, accents, or foreign characters.

    Additionally, ReserveBar cannot engrave any type of profanity on bottles of the following brands: Moet, Hennessy, Remy Martin, and Edrington. For these brands only, any order for a profane engraving will be canceled. 

    Be sure to proofread your engraving text before placing your order. Once the order is placed, the engraving message cannot be edited.

  • What can't I engrave?

    Finally, the following Hateful Conduct Policy applies to all ReserveBar engravings:

    You may not promote violence against or directly attack or threaten other people on the basis of
    race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious
    affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease. We also do not allow accounts whose primary
    purpose is inciting harm towards others on the basis of these categories.
    Hateful imagery and display names: You may not use hateful images or symbols in your profile
    image or profile header. You also may not use your username, display name, or profile bio to
    engage in abusive behavior, such as targeted harassment or expressing hate towards a person,
    group, or protected category.

  • How long does it take for an engraved order to be fulfilled?

    Orders for custom engraving take up to 10 business days to process and ship.

    When the carrier scans the shipping label to begin the shipping process, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

  • Can I pay extra for expedited shipping of an engraving order?

    Unfortunately ReserveBar can not facilitate requests to pay extra for expedited shipping at this time. 

  • What is the font and font size of a custom engraving?

    ReserveBar's custom engravings are in the Alike font. The size is 30pt.

  • Can I place a bulk corporate order for engraved bottles?

    Our Concierge team will be happy to help you create a corporate gift order that fits your budget. Please click here to contact our Concierge team for recommendations and pricing information. 

    To place a bulk or corporate order with engravings, please fill out the attached spreadsheet and email it to our Concierge team at concierge@reservebar.com. Our specialists will then send you an invoice, collect payment, and submit your order for upload.

    The price for text engravings is $50 per bottle, and the price for logo engravings is $60 per bottle. Depending on the size of your order, our Concierge team may be able to offer you a discount. 

    Any logo engraving requires both EPS and JPEG files of the logo. If you are interested in logo engraving, please include the EPS and JPEG files with the attached spreadsheet in your email to concierge@reservebar.com.

    All engraved orders take up to 10 business days for processing and delivery. 

  • How can I contact the Engraving Team?

    To contact ReserveBar's Engraving Team, send an email to customerhelp@reservebar.com, and you will receive a response within 12 business hours. Any inquiry sent to the Engraving Team on a weekend or holiday will be answered on the following business day. 

    Please note that during busy holiday seasons, the Engraving Team may take slightly longer to respond.
