  • How can I track my order?

    If you'd like to track a specific order, see Track An Order.

    You'll also receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number when your order is ready to ship. That tracking number will link you to the carrier's website (e.g. FedEx.com), where you'll be able to track your order's progress.

    Please note that your tracking information will not reflect any movement until the package is scanned into the local shipping facility. After the package is scanned, your estimated delivery date will be displayed.

  • When will my order be delivered?

    In general, ReserveBar orders that do not include engraving are delivered within 5-7 business days. Orders that include engraving are delivered within 7-10 business days.

    Most ReserveBar orders are delivered via ground shipping, with pickups and deliveries occurring on weekdays. Any order placed on a weekend or holiday is processed on the following business day. 

  • When will I receive the Yeti Rambler Mug I purchased with my Jack Daniel’s Bonded Tennessee Whiskey?

    Yeti Rambler Mugs purchased as a part of the Jack Daniel’s Bonded Tennessee Whiskey pre-order are shipped separately from the bottles, with shipping to begin in July or as soon as the mugs are available in your market. Please note that your Yeti Rambler Mug may arrive before or after your Jack Daniel’s Bonded Tennessee Whiskey depending on your market.
