• Can I track my on-demand order?

    Most local delivery orders are fulfilled in one hour or less. ReserveBar does not have live tracking at this time, but hope to offer it in the future. Until then, you can get an ETA for your order by emailing our Customer Service team at customerhelp@reservebar.com.

  • When will my on-demand order be delivered?

    Our two-hour delivery guarantee promises that your order will be delivered within two hours from the time you receive your order confirmation.

    The two-hour guarantee only applies to purchases made where all products are available for on-demand fulfillment and does not apply to orders including shipping-only products or for addresses where delivery is not available. Any changes or modifications to orders once placed voids the guarantee.

    If your order does not arrive within the specified window, you will receive a discount code good for $10 off your next order. In the event that this occurs, please email our Customer Service Team at customerhelp@reservebar.com and include your order number, email address, and the time it took for your delivery to arrive, and we will send you your $10 off code.

  • How can I track my shipped order?

    To track a specific order, use our Track An Order tool to look up your shipment. 

    You'll also receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number when your order is ready to ship. That tracking number will link you to the carrier's website (e.g. FedEx.com), where you'll be able to track your order's progress.

    Please note that your tracking information will not reflect any movement until the package is scanned into the local shipping facility. After the package is scanned, your estimated delivery date will be displayed.

  • When will my Brother's Bond Straight Bourbon Whiskey Original Cask Strength be delivered?

    Pre-orders of the Brother's Bond Straight Bourbon Whiskey Original Cask Strength will begin shipping in August or as soon as the product becomes available in your market. Orders that include pre-engraved signatures may take an additional 7-10 days to ship after the product becomes available.
