ReserveBar does not accept returns except in the following scenarios:
- Damaged, Missing Or Wrong Item
- If any of your order items are damaged, missing, or different from what you ordered, ReserveBar will have the needed items shipped to you, or if you prefer, refund you for the items in question.

- Engraving Error
- If your engraving message is different from the message you ordered, ReserveBar will redo the engraving and reship your order.
In either scenario, the customer must notify ReserveBar of the issue within 30 days of delivery. The Fulfillment Center may provide a return shipping label for the problem bottle.
