• Can I return my purchase?

    ReserveBar does not accept returns except in the following scenarios:

    • Damaged, Missing Or Wrong Item
      • If any of your order items are damaged, missing, or different from what you ordered, ReserveBar will have the needed items shipped to you, or if you prefer, refund you for the items in question. 

    • Engraving Error
      • If your engraving message is different from the message you ordered, ReserveBar will redo the engraving and reship your order.

    In either scenario, the customer must notify ReserveBar of the issue within 30 days of delivery. The Fulfillment Center may provide a return shipping label for the problem bottle. 

  • Can I return the glassware I ordered?

    If you are not satisfied glassware that you purchased from ReserveBar, you can return the items at any time, provided that they have not been used, that they are in new and salable condition, and that they are in the original packaging.

    Please note that only glassware that was purchased, either as an individual item or as a part of a bundle, can be returned. Glassware included as a "free gift with purchase" is not eligible for return. 

    Proposition 65: CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS - PROPOSITION 65 WARNING: Consuming foods or beverages that have been kept or served in leaded crystal products or handling products made of leaded crystal will expose you to lead, a chemical known to State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. This applies only to the Dartington Crystal "Bar Excellence" products, which are handmade in England. You may return this product for a full refund within 30 days if you wish.
