• There is a mistake in my engraving. What can I do?

    If your order was fulfilled with an incorrect engraving, please take the following steps to alert us. No one is more disappointed by these issues than we are, and we’re always eager to correct them.

    1. If possible, take a photo of the item(s) in question. It will help us educate our partners.
    2. Email us at customerhelp@reservebar.com, including the photo if available.
    3. Leave the rest to us. We’ll solve the problem and get back to you ASAP.
