• What can I do if there is a problem with my engraving order?

    If your engraving order has not been fulfilled yet, see Modifying An Engraving Order for help making the needed correction to your order. 

    If your order has already been fulfilled, email the Engraving Team at customerhelp@reservebar.com for assistance. If the order was damaged, incomplete, or poorly engraved, please include a picture of the full bottle and packing slip to help us in addressing the issue with the Fulfillment Center.
