• How does on-demand delivery work?

    ReserveBar offers on-demand delivery by partnering with your local liquor store to deliver your favorite wines, beers, spirits, mixers, and even barware straight to your doorstep. Instead of shopping in person, you can have your favorite alcoholic beverages delivered in as little as 30-60 minutes by visiting ReserveBar.com, entering your delivery address, browsing our selection, and checking out with the needed items. Inventory and pricing vary by retailer and location. 

  • How quickly are on-demand orders delivered?

    Our two-hour delivery guarantee promises that your order will be delivered within two hours from the time you receive your order confirmation.

    The two-hour guarantee only applies to purchases made where all products are available for on-demand fulfillment and does not apply to orders including shipping-only products or for addresses where delivery is not available. Any changes or modifications to orders once placed voids the guarantee.

    If your order does not arrive within the specified window, you will receive a discount code good for $10 off your next order. In the event that this occurs, please email our Customer Service Team at customerhelp@reservebar.com and include your order number, email address, and the time it took for your delivery to arrive, and we will send you your $10 off code.

  • Do I have to be present to accept my on-demand delivery?

    To accept an on-demand delivery, you must be present to verify your age with a government-issued photo ID. Please present your ID to the delivery person when they arrive.

    Some stores use a third-party delivery service to fulfill orders. If your order is fulfilled by a third-party delivery service, the driver will scan your ID or photograph it for age verification and proof of delivery. 

    In some cases, you may be asked to present your credit card to verify that your payment information is not being used without your consent. We will not take any imprints, any photographs, or any other information from your credit card. 

    Delivery personnel cannot leave orders unattended. If no one of legal drinking age is present to receive your delivery, you may be charged a $20 restocking fee.

  • Are there fees for on-demand delivery?

    Delivery fees and order minimums vary depending on the retail partner and will be clearly stated while you are shopping and placing your order. Any fees charged by the retailer help offset the charges associated with delivery, like tolls and vehicle maintenance. Free delivery is available in several markets, including New York, and on-demand delivery is always free for customers with ShopRunner accounts.

    If you are ordering from multiple stores, each store's delivery will arrive separately, and each store's delivery fee will apply to your order. Each store's order minimum must be met by the corresponding subtotal, and each part of the order will be charged separately to your payment method. 

  • How do I add delivery instructions to my order?

    If you have delivery instructions, like a gate code or a special request, you can add them as delivery notes during the checkout process. Our retail partner will receive these instructions and will follow them if possible.

  • How do I schedule an order?

    If you are placing an order for local delivery, you can schedule the order for a two-hour delivery window up to 14 days in advance. Select the Schedule Delivery option at checkout, then specify your preferred delivery time.

    If you do not schedule your delivery, it will be dispatched as soon as possible. 

  • How do I leave a tip?

    During checkout, the tip field of your order summary displays the amount of the gratuity to be added to your order. A 10% tip is added to all on-demand orders by default, but you are welcome to adjust that amount. Just click the Edit link shown next to the tip during checkout, then enter your preferred amount. 

    Our retail partners ensure that your tips are passed along to their delivery personnel, with the exception of those retailers who employ a third-party service to complete deliveries. A 10%-20% tip for delivery is customary.

  • When are on-demand alcohol delivery services open?

    The hour of operation for on-demand delivery services vary depending on the retailers in your area. ReserveBar partners with alcohol retailers across the country to fulfill our customers' orders, and each retailer establishes their own delivery hours.

  • Can I use an app to order on-demand delivery?

    Using the Minibar Delivery mobile app, you can place on-demand orders to be fulfilled in as little as 30 minutes. Search "Minibar Delivery" in the app store, then download the app to have your favorite beer, wine, and spirits delivered to your doorstep.
