• I placed an on-demand order but it looks like my local store is closed. What now?

    Each of our retail partners have independent operating hours. When you place an order outside of a store's normal business hours, you have the option to select a future delivery date at checkout. If a future delivery date is not selected, your order will be fulfilled as soon as the store reopens. 

    If you placed an order outside of your local store's hours by mistake, please contact our Customer Service Team at (855) 443-8144 or customerhelp@reservebar.com to cancel your order.
